Modest extensions and internal alterations were undertaken to a terrace property in St Albans, where detailing and craftmanship were executed impeccably on site.

The extensions compromised of a single storey rear extension, providing bifold doors to a relandscaped rear garden. Enhancing the inside/outside relation which was lacking in the original dwelling. A small two storey extension across the full with of the rear of the property provided an enlarged bedroom and bathroom.

Panelled wall features reflect the period the original dwelling was constructed, and provided paired with a jib door detail provided a discreet way to disguise the hidden downstairs cloakroom.
