The intensification of already urban areas allows people to live where services are already in place and reduces the pressure on the Green Belt to provide new homes. On this occasion Bulmer + Counter Architects worked with acoustic and odour consultants to ensure the final building would be of a high quality and to ensure planning permission was granted.
